First we ask you to simply tell us when you are free, booking in an initial call or video call with one of your consultants, so we can truly understand your requirement . We will talk through the different solutions we offer, followed us by an in depth desktop report detailing out the options on paper. We will work with you, to make the numbers and offer work best for your business.
INSTALLATION
After giving us the go ahead, an on site meeting is held with our projects teams and you, to ensure you understand the process, what we need from you and how long the project will take. We will work around you to ensure that the installation is hassle free, ensuring you can operate as normal at all times.
AFTERCARE SUPPORT
The way we operate means ongoing support is essential to ensure you are happy with the installation. An after installation sign off call is provided and we offer an ongoing maintenance package with our systems so you know that we are on hand to help with anything you may need.
